Winter is Coming!

Die Blätter beginnen sich zu färben, es ist morgens unangenehm kalt und Sonnenschutz ist auch nicht mehr angesagt. Also wurde es Zeit meinen Lieblingsmützenschnitt für den Herbst umzurüsten und zu Kuschelmützen überzugehen.

The leaves are starting to turn, it's chilly in the morning and nobody needs sun protection anymore. So the sensible thing was to adapt my favourite hat pattern for autumn and make them snuggly warm.

Also Oberstoff habe ich einen Möbelbezugsstoff genommen, weich und starpazierfähig, gefüttert sind sie mit einer frisch erlegten Ikea Fleecedecke.

I used upholstery fabric for the outside which is soft and durable and murdered an Ikea fleece blanket for the lining.
